Description:
Slugger annular cutters achieve the lowest cost per hole by eliminating secondary operations such as pre-drilling and reaming. Slugger cutters only remove the outside of the hole which reduces cycle time, allowing the operator to produce holes 3-5 times faster than conventional twist drills which convert the entire hole into chips. Slugger cutters produce "slugs" at the end of the hole making process.

HIGH-QUALITY DESIGN - The Jancy Slugger is made up of Cobalt steel with titanium nitride (TiN) coating, 1" depth, and a 3/4" annular cutter shank is used to create through holes as deep as 1" in a range of materials.
OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE - The center-free design creates through holes by cutting only the periphery of the hole for greater productivity in comparison to twist drills and multiple cutting edges can create an accurate, burr-free hole.
HOME IMPROVEMENT - The high-speed steel is compatible with a variety of materials and the 3/4" annular cutter shank can be used in a drill press, mill, or lathe.
