Precautions
1. Check the integrity of the hole drill before use
2. When the hole drill is inserted into the electric drill, the three sides of the corresponding shank must be clamped.
3. Keep the verticality between the hole drill and the workpiece during the hole drilling operation
4. Start drilling with a smaller feed force. Use medium feed force after positioning
5. When drilling, the rotation speed should not be too low to prevent the knife from jamming and causing the knife to collapse.
6. When the center drill penetrates the workpiece, the force should not be too large to avoid the sharp collision between the blade and the workpiece.
7. After the hole drill is drilled through the workpiece, the hole drill should be kept out of the workpiece while rotating.
8. For continuous drilling, the cutting edge should be cooled with cutting fluid
